Does Angelus price match?
Yes, we do price match with any comparable items from legitimate companies.
Is the checkout process secure?
Yes, we use WooCommerce and third divarty secure processing.
Does Angelus take orders over the phone?
Yes, you can dplace an order by contacting us during business hours and/or sending us an email.
Does Angelus accept purchase orders?
Yes, but there is a long and extensive process to be able to qualify for POs. At this time we have less than 10 customers who have qualified.
Does Angelus process international orders?
Yes, we do. In majority of the cases we can easily deliver to a port within a country. However, the customer is always responsible for customs and broker cost if applicable.
What forms of payment does Angelus accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, cash.

How can I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate.
Are expedited shipping orders an option?
Yes, you can discuss that when we are coordinating it.
Does Angelus ship internationally?
Yes, through 3rd party shipping companies.
What are costs for shipping?
The cost is based on dimension and weight of the unit as well as the destination.
What shipping carriers does Angelus use?
We work with 4 third party shipping partners depending on what needs to be shipped and where it needs to go.
How do I track my order?
We use third party shipping companies for all non-local deliveries. If the shipping company offers tracking, we will provide you with that information.
Where can I find my tracking number?
We will provide you the tracking number once we have it.

Warranty, Returns, and Cancellations

Does Angelus offer warranties?
All of refurbished equipment comes with 90 days parts & labor warranty unless otherwise specified. The new products come with manufacturers warranty.
Does Angelus offer exchanges and replacements?
Yes we do. However, we deal with it on case by case basis.
How do I cancel my order?
Most of the items, if there is a legitimate reason and within the first 10 days with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Based on health code regulations, some items can not be returned.
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
What is Angelus’ return policy?

Does Angelus offer a warranty on refurbished equipment?
Yes. 90 days parts and labor warranty on all of our refurbished equipment, unless otherwise specified.
Does Angelus certify refurbished equipment?
Yes, when applicable.
