Purchasing

Do you price match?
Yes, we price match with any comparable items from legitimate companies.
Is the payment processing secure?
Yes, we use SSL for encrypted connection and Authorize.net for secure processing.
Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, you can place an order over the phone during business hours or sending us an email.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, but there is a long and extensive process to be able to qualify for POs. At this time we have less than 10 customers who have qualified.
Do you process international orders?
Yes, we do. Majority of the cases, we can easily deliver to a port within a country however, the customer is responsible for customs and broker cost if applicable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, cash.

How can I check my order status?
You can always email or call us during business hours to answer any of your questions or concerns about your order.
Do you provide an expedited shipping option?
Yes, please let us know about your interest in having expedited shipping when we coordinate delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, through 3rd party shipping companies. Call us for more details.
What are the costs for shipping?
The cost is based on dimension and weight of the unit as well as the destination.
What shipping carriers does Angelus use?
We currently work with four 3rd party shipping partners depending on what needs to be shipped and where it needs to go.
How do I track my order?
We use 3rd party shipping companies for all non-local deliveries. If the shipping company offers tracking, we will provide you with that information.
Where can I find my tracking number?
We will provide you the tracking number once available.

Warranty, Returns, and Cancellations

Do you offer warranties?
All refurbished equipment comes with 90 days parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified. New products come with manufacturers warranty.
Do you offer exchanges and replacements?
Yes we do. However, we deal with it on a case by case basis.
How do I cancel my order?
Please give us a call to cancel your order. Please note, cancellations can only be processesed for legitimate reason within the first 10 days including a 20% restocking fee.
What is your return policy?
For most items, cancellation or returns can be processes for legitimate reason within the first 10 days including a 20% restocking fee.
  • Based on health code regulations, some items can not be returned.
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished equipment?
Yes. 90 days parts and labor warranty on all of our refurbished equipment, unless otherwise specified.
Do you certify refurbished equipment?
Yes, when applicable.
