Angelus Medical Local Pickup and Delivery

We provide white glove delivery for our customers using our own truck.

The pickup or delivery (One way) prices shown is based on the following criteria only:

• Distance from our facility
• Commercial buildings
• 1 load (approximately 1/2 of our truck)
• 1 trip, 1 way                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
• (Round Trip:  Price x 1.75)
• 1 person delivery 
• 2 Men: Add $100
• No stairs or narrow hallways
• Service Elevator
• Regular business Hours

Terms and Conditions

• Pick up and Delivery charges apply  to all equipment picked up or delivered by our company.
• Yes, unfortunately the local delivery is taxable
• Regular Pickup/Delivery Hours:
• Weekdays between 8:30 – 3:00 p.m.
• 1 Load: Approximately 1/2 of a our truck 
• No stairs: We do not deliver heavy items using the stairs. Items will be delivered to the base of the stairs only.
• There is $25 parking fee applied automatically if you do not provide parking for deliveries.
• Heavy and bulky items require 2 man delivery (Procedure Chairs, surgery tables, gurneys, etc.)
• Sorry our liability insurance does not cover delivery to residential buildings.

Angelus Medical Service Policy:

• We must have a signed credit card authorization form on file prior to start of any service.
• Your credit card is not charged until the service is completed
• If you wish not to pay by credit card, please notify us ahead of time, so it can be noted on your CC authorization form.
