Terms of service

  1. All invoices must be paid in full prior to delivery 

  2. All invoices must be paid in full prior to start of work on custom orders (Upholstery, Paint, etc.)

  3. There is no refund on custom orders (Upholstery, Paint, etc.)

  4. We must have a valid credit card on file prior to start of any service (Calibrations, Repairs, Service)

  5. Buyers will agree to charge of 1.5% monthly interest on all past due balances

  6. All new equipment come with manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  7. There is an automatic 50% restocking fee applicable when items are ordered from manufacturer on customer's behalf.

  8. All our refurbished equipment include 90 days parts & labor only warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  9. All items on clearance come with 15 days warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  10. Parts and labor warranty does not include pickup/delivery or shipping. There will be additional charge for pickup/delivery/shipping when applicable.
