1. Do you offer onsite service? Yes. We provide onsite calibration within a 50‑mile radius of Los Angeles.  Most repairs are completed faster and more cost‑effectively at our Los Angeles facility. We do not recommend onsite repair or preventive maintenance because many services require specialized tools, lifts, and parts that cannot be transported to your office. Bringing equipment to our facility ensures quicker turnaround, lower cost, and access to free loaners when available.

2. Can I ship my equipment to you? Yes. We offer nationwide mail‑in repair and calibration services.

3. Do your services include compliance documentation? Absolutely. Every service includes documentation suitable for OSHA, CDC, and accreditation requirements.
