I was looking for an exam table for our office. I found that Angelus Medical had the exact one I had been shopping for. After engaging with them through E-Bay I connected with them over the phone. Pinar was very sweet on the phone and answered all my questions. I was concerned at first because it was a refurbished table but once i picked it up it looked brand new! hey do a great job at refurbishing the medical supplies. The gentlemen in the back helped load it onto my truck with care. It sits nicely in our office.

Angelus supplied me with beautiful chairs for my office. And, not once but twice, troubleshooted the mothet board with me from Missouri to LA with no shipping or labor fees. Mohammed is quick to reply, transparent with his communication and honest in business. He cares about satisfying his clientele and ensures his reputation is stellar. Responsive and knowledgeable on initial phone calls. Great, personal service at initial visit. They understood my needs and budget, had exact type of refurbished products I was looking for, and had significantly better pricing than other local companies. Great follow-up on a minor issue that arose after and they took care of it promptly (rapid shipping a replacement part at no cost.) Well worth the drive up from San Diego. All items (sizable and very delicate) were securely packaged for the trip back. They indicate they keep their website up to date with pricing and availability, and I found that to be true. I have recommended them to other providers and have them first on my list for future equipment needs. My only regret is that I was unaware of Angelus before making a number of major purchases through other med equipment companies.

Great merchant. I am very happy and satisfied from beginning to end. Everything was on time as predicted. I appreciated the youtube video of equipment and photos. I didn't have to ask merchant for conformation email or receipt and they were available to assist with any questions I might have regarding order. You really can't get no better than that. The chair I ordered is perfect and the service was exceptional especially during the busiest time of the year and I don't usually give 5 stars

These guys are great! They have gone above and beyond to make sure my clinic is taken care of. I have purchased exam tables, procedure chairs, patient vitals monitors and more. I needed to mount 5 patient vitals monitors to the wall and Mohammad drove to the supplier to pick the mounts up and deliver to me at my clinic. The front office staff is also great! I highly recommend Angelus Medical.

We purchases a OR table so far it has been very useful to us the delivery team was helpful and informative on the use of the new table. Owner personally came to get to know his new clients and offered his business for future services. Angelus provided our office with a large order of equipment, shipped it out of state, and kept their word about service after the sale. The majority of the equipment was very nicely refurbished and high quality. A couple of items were either incorrectly shipped or did not work properly when they arrived. Juan was very responsive and made sure we got the correct, working equipment, paying for all the extra shipping. Our office is very happy with the appearance and functionality of the equipment. We were also very impressed with Angelus and their commitment to customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service!! Quickly available both by phone and email. Always a little nerve racking buying expensive medical equipment that has been refurbished. Angelus was there at every step to make sure the process was smooth and that I was satisfied. The eye equipment I ordered looks like new and works great. No hesitation buying from them again.
