Service Terms

We must have a completed and signed credit card authorization form prior to start of any service.
Your credit card will be charged prior to start of the service for the "Service Call" fee
Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance after completion of work

When our technicians come to your facility there is a service call fee based on your distance from us + charges per item.
