Our Repair Process
We make the repair process straightforward and transparent. It starts with a diagnostic assessment, available on-site at your facility or in-house at our Los Angeles service center. The diagnostic fee is $135, which is applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed. Once we identify the issue, you receive a detailed estimate — no surprises, no hidden charges. After your approval, our technicians complete the repair using quality parts to ensure reliability and longevity.
On-Site and In-House Options
For equipment that can’t be moved, we come to you. Our mobile technicians are available throughout the greater Los Angeles area and Southern California. For larger jobs or equipment that requires bench work, we offer pickup, in-house repair, and delivery back to your facility.
Free Loaner Equipment
We understand that equipment downtime directly impacts your revenue and patient care. That’s why we offer free loaner equipment for qualifying devices while yours is being repaired. Angelus Medical Service Policy
- A completed and signed credit card authorization form must be on file before any service work begins.
- Your credit card will not be charged until the service is completed.
- If you prefer not to pay by credit card, please notify us in advance so your payment preference can be documented.
- Service may be delayed or declined if required authorization is not received prior to service.
Angelus Medical Free Loaner Policy & Agreement
- A signed loaner agreement is required prior to loaner release.
- A valid credit card must be provided for a security deposit.
- A completed and signed credit card authorization form must be on file if using a credit card.
- The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the loaner while in their possession.
- The loaner unit remains the property of Angelus Medical at all times.
- After repair costs are provided, the customer must respond within three (3) business days with a decision.
- You may retain the loaner while repairs are in progress.
- You will be notified once the repair is complete and equipment is ready.
- The repair will be considered complete and closed.
- The loaner must be returned within three (3) business days.
- If not returned on time, the loaner will be converted to a rental and rental fees will apply.
