- Distance from our service facility
- Commercial building location only
- One load, defined as approximately half of a truck capacity
- One trip, one direction (one‑way)
- Round‑trip service is billed at 1.75× the one‑way rate
- Single‑person delivery
- Two‑person delivery requires an additional $100
- Heavy items require 2 men delivery
- No stairs or narrow hallways
- Access to a service elevator
- Service performed during regular business hours
Terms & Conditions
Pickup and delivery charges apply to all equipment transported by Angelus Medical.
- Local pickup and delivery services are subject to applicable sales tax.
- Standard pickup and delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Load definition: One load equals approximately half of a truck.
- Stairs: Heavy equipment is not transported on stairs. Items will be delivered to the base of the stairs only.
- A minimum of $25 parking fee will be automatically applied if customer‑provided parking is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Heavy and bulky equipment (including procedure chairs, surgical tables, stretchers, and gurneys) requires two‑person delivery, which incurs an additional charge.
- Due to insurance limitations, pickup and delivery services are not available for residential properties.
