Bringing in a CDPH certified technician for calibration certification ensures that the process is conducted by a qualified professional who is experienced and knowledgeable about the specific requirements set forth by the regulatory authority.
Our CDPH certified technician will come to your facility to conduct the calibration certification of your devices. There is a service call fee based on the distance from our facility plus per item cost for each device.
If item requires repair, it will not pass calibration. The technician will notify you in this case. When possible, some minor repairs such as changing the blood pressure cuff, replacing a light bulb and batteries can be accommodated at the time of service with your approval to pass the calibration. If an item requires repair, you are notified and can make a decision on how you would like to proceed.

Terms of Service:
- Before start of any service, we require to have a valid credit card on file.
- Your credit card will be charged prior to start of the service for the "Service Call" fee
- Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance after completion of work
- You will receive a copy of your "Calibration Certification" by email for your facility within 2 business days after your service is completed.
Please note:
- We charge your card for the service call prior to coming to your facility.
- Once the calibration service is completed we will charge your card for the remaining balance
- If you wish to pay by Zelle, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service.

The customer is responsible for arranging parking. If parking is not provided, a flat fee of $25.00 will be added to the invoice.
