Medical Equipment Calibration at Angelus Medical Facility

Having a CDPH certified technician for calibration certification ensures that the process is conducted by a qualified professional who is experienced and knowledgeable about the specific requirements set forth by the regulatory authority. 

You can bring in your medical equipment to our facility for calibration certification at your convenience. Please make sure to bring in all the cords and attachments as the equipment cannot be calibrated without its own attachments. 

There is a per item cost for each device.: Per item charges for Angelus Medical

Please contact us to coordinate and allow up to 5 business days for the calibration. We will contact you once your medical equipment is ready.

If item requires repair, it will not pass calibration. We will notify you of the repair cost in this case when applicable. We cannot proceed without your approval, so please make sure to notify us of your decision.

Terms of Service: 

• Before start of any service, we require to have a valid credit card on file. 
• Credit Card Authorization Form

• Your credit card will be charged prior to start of the service for the "Service Call" fee

• Per item charges for Angelus Medical 

• Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance after completion of work
• You will receive a copy of your "Calibration Certification"  by email for your facility within 2 business days after your service is completed.
